European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The building contractor Bail Investissement, invested €40 millions in the expansion of Alma shopping centre based in the south of Rennes in Bretagne. The development will begin in 2006 and will end by 2007. This project will create about 150 jobs and allow the opening of 20 shops and 2 supermarkets.
