Description
The Czech subsidiary of General Electric, one of the largest and most renowned American corporations, has decided to expand its activities in the Czech Republic. The new customer support centre of GE Money Multiservis for Czech and Slovak clients will be located in Ostrava and will provide work for up to 500 qualified staff members by 2008. The total investment exceeds €3 million. Commencement of operations is scheduled for the second quarter of 2006. The scope of activities of the centre includes credit portfolio management, customer service, collection of claims, and operation of a toll-free information hotline for customers.
