European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Prologis is building a logistic centre in Wrocław (Dolnośląskie). The company is specialised in assembling buildings with the goal of renting it to other companies. For its current project, Prologis will rear eight halls of a total area of 165 thousand square meters, worth over $100 million. The first hall will be ready in October 2005.
