European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Müller Gönnern, a producer of concrete parts for the construction industry, had declared insolvency in February 2005. A potential investor has now withdrawn its takeover-offer. Müller Gönnern will therefore be closed by the end of July 2005.
