AOL France announced in November 2004 a restructuring plan affecting up to 120 employees. Management decided on 8 February 2005 to implement the restructuring starting from 15 February 2005. Voluntary resignations and internal replacement are expected to lower the number of direct dismissals. According to the result of these measures, the Neuilly-sur-seine site will loose up to a third of its personnel that is to say 99 job cuts.
