European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ferplast, the pet products manfucaturer group decided to strengthen its business activities in central Europe. A new investment of about 1.43 billion SKK, located in the south Slovakian Komárno region, will consist of a production and assembly plant and a cross-Europe distribution centre. Ferplast Slovakia management plans to make about 1 billion SKK annual turnover in 2006. According to fresh information, employment effect timeline was specified to 2013.
