Description
Danish multinational Grundfos is specialised in the manufacture of pumps. Grundfos Group has factories in 48 countries. The pump factory in Tatabanya was established in 2000 and is currently employing 800 workers. As part of a business expansion this number will grow by 200 employees. In 2004, the factory manufactured 20,000 electrical pumps, and as a consequence of the expansion a production of 30,000 pumps per year is expected by 2007. As a part of the expansion a new factory building is being built.
