PCM doubled the number of desks in its telemarketing department, where 1,000 people will work in a double shift system. In February 2005, the company began developing multilingual speakers groups, in order to service EU markets. On May 2005, the company revealed that it hired 500 people on the turn of 2004 and 2005. In 2005, PCM wants to employ 400 more workers.
