European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hutchinson of France, announced plans to build a factory in Bielsko Biała (Śląskie). New plant will start manufacturing in 2005. By the end of 2006 Hutchinson's investment outlays will amount to € 15 million with 230 new jobs created. The French investor expects the employment to gradually rise to 500. The French investment will comprise the construction of three new manufacturing halls with seven production lines for the manufacturing of high-pressure air-conditioning systems as well as machines and appliances for testing ready products.
