European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pronar specialises in fuels trade and in the production of tractors. In 2004, it recorded rapid growth of sales and employed 345 people. The company expects that 2005 will bring even more profits, as the Polish farmers will spend grants obtained from the European Union. Therefore, Pronar is planning to open 3 more branches and hire 345 new employees.
