Description
Canadian Kouei International will invest €22.5 million in recycling technologies in Slovakia during the next five years. Used tyres and later on polyethylene bottles will be recycled in the new plant. According to Director General John Novak, the low taxation, qualified labour force and grounds available in the region were the most attractive factors for allocation of the new investment. An updated technology, keeping high American and Japanese environmental standards, will be used there for the first time in Europe. Slovak Ministry of Economy assumes he will provide an investment stimulus of about €3 million too.
