European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In the framework of its job retention programme, Bayer Cropscience, company created from the merger of Aventis Agro and Bayer in 2002, announced it will create new 100 jobs at its headquarters in Lyon.
