European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Arcour, subsidiary of Vinci, world leader in concessions, constructions and related services, was chosen to build the new A19 motorway, between Artenay and Courteney. The contract will be signed in early 2005. The construction of the motorway will create 5,000 new jobs in the next 10 years.
