Skandia Sweden will concentrate its customer centre activities in Sundsvall, Gothenburg and Linköping, while the customer service operation in Stockholm, with 110 employees, will be closed. Some redundancies will also occur in other parts of the organisation through the co-ordination of joint functions. A total of 200 employees will be affected. Skandia will offer qualified outplacement support to all affected employees in finding new employment outside Skandia.
