Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Essef Décors Muraux, manufacturer of wallpaper, will shed 71 of its 224 employees on its site of Balagny-sur-Thérain (Oise). The company is suffering from the general drop of consumption of wallpapers, due to the growing success of new paints. The company's turnover passed from € 43 million in 1995 to € 21 million in 2003.
