European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In order to face a production fall, Ford, the car maker, will cut its workforce by 100 units in its production site of Blanquefort (Aquitaine). The cut will be achieved by pre-retirement measures aimed at workers of 57 years of age and more. Ford presently employs 3,600 at Blanquefort.
