European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ABX Logistics France, provider of logistics services, has announced on 26 August 2004 its intention to shed 325 jobs and not renew 220 temporary contracts. The company is a subsidiary to the Belgian SNCB (it does not belong to ABX Logistics Worldwide). In the past few years, subsequent restructuring programmes have seen the company's headcount drop by 3.000.
