European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Düsseldorfer Rheinbahn plans to reduce its workforce by 480 units by 2007 in order to reduce its costs by € 20.3 million. There should be no direct dismissals. The work council already expressed its disappointment; during the last years some 1,000 jobs had already been shed to reduce the deficit from € 122 to 73 millions.
