Description
Stangl GmbH announced its plan to cut 150 jobs on the 1,100 employed by the company in Germany as well as in central and eastern Europe. This restructuring plan will affect the sites of Deggendorf (75 on the 450 employed on the site), Halle and Berlin. According to the management, the crisis in the German construction sector and the high costs made these measures unavoidable. A social plan has been set up and some workers will be relocated in other services.
