Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Faced with net losses over several consecutive years, the directors of Wytwórnia Silników Wysokprężnych Andoria, a diesel engine producer, have drawn up a restructuring plan planning entity to be transformed into a management company. Andoria's workforce has already been reduced to 247 people, down from 1,000; by 2005, it will be employing only 40-47 people working in various asset management capacities.
