Description

Agv produces helmets for motorbike drivers. It is part of the multinational Belgium-based Imag group. It has announced a relocation of production to its Czech subsidiary or outsourcing to Asian-based suppliers. Marketing, administration and R&D will remain at the Italian Agv headquarters in Spinetta Marengo, with some 45 employees.
