European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US medical technology company, Merit Medical Systems Inc. plans to recruit an additional 230 staff at its Galway base over the next five years. Merit currently employs 170 people in Galway. It makes devices used to diagnose and treat heart disease, including catheters, guidewires, needles, safety products and drug infusion devices.
