Description

Avanex has bought Alcatel Optronics. Some of the French workers, based on two different units, will be kept by Avanex (310 jobs).

Workers at the Lannion unit (190) and at the Nozay unit (120) will not integrate the new structure. Other dismissals are announced at the Livingston unit in Scotland.
