Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

140 employees will be involved in an Extraordinary wage guarantee scheme for a period of 13 weeks. After this period such employees may be dismissed or may restart to work. The extraordinary wages guarantee fund (cassa integrazione guadagni, Cig)is a scheme which pays a state benefit to workers whose employment is suspended by firms undertaking restructuring as a result of severe structural difficulties.
Whereby a 'mobility' scheme, redundant workers receive a state allowance and benefit from various measures to help them find work.
