European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Drott has recently been divided into two companies in accordance with the re-organisational plan that has been approved by the shareholders. The company's new organisation will lead to major changes and the implementation of staff reduction measures : 65 full-time positions will be cut. Staff changes, which will be made following the conclusion of negotiations, are expected to be finalised this autumn.
