European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Comau, subsidiary of Fiat, announced restructuring measures affecting 350 jobs and the closure of a plant in France (Evry, Essonne).
The plant of Evry (Essonne), specialised in the manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles and their engines, should be closed. Measures are due to large losses of 101 million euros that occured in 2002.
