European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company Novaceta has been recently acquired by the Group G.Z. Polo and will soon renamed as 'Bembergace'. The new management announced a reorganisation plan which will involve 50 redundancies among management and the movement of some clerical staff to Gozzano (NO) and Rieti, as well as the sale of a power generation plant.
