Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Gastronome announced the closure of its unit of Grand-Champ (Morbihan), one month after the closure of the Trémorel affecting 350 jobs. This closure affects 140 workers that will be replaced at another unit (Neuil-les-Aubiers, Deux-Sèvres). The measure is due to the crisis in the meat sector resulting of a loss of 20% to 30% of production.
