Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The closure of Darlington plant has been announced to the press without a preliminary consultation with Amicus, the union that represents BAT employees at the plant. This restructuring comes as part of a plan to reduce costs and improve productivity.
