European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Pieters group is an internationally oriented and integrated group specialized in the supply, processing, sales and distribution of high quality seafood. Besides more traditional products, the emphasis in production is gradually shifting towards products with a high added value. The group realised a estimated turnover of 214 million Euro in 2001. Through acquisitions in the Netherlands and Scandinavia, the number of employees raised to approx. 1300 persons.
