European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
GTI, acquired in 2001 by Tractebel, became since then part of the Suez conglomerate. 400 jobs will be suppressed mainly in South-Limburg, friesland and Rijnmond. This measure intends to improve profitability since earlier measures haven't been successful.
