Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The site of Enschede, active in R&D for UMTS technology, will close at the end of 2003. Jobs will be lost (100 on average)at Emmen, but 25 people remain in Emmen, working in the field of the bluetooth technology.
