Description
On July 2nd, Intershop announced restructuring initiatives in order to adaptate Intershop's corporate structure with current business conditions. As a result of these initiatives, Intershop has implemented measures to reduce its global headcount to approximately 250 employees at the end of the fourth quarter of 2003. The restructuring measures will affect all departments within the Company.
