Ethics in the digital workplace

Nemetschek AG is one of the leading vendors of information technology and consulting services for building design, construction and management. In June 2002 the managing board decided to react to the ongoing difficult situation in the building industry and IT sector with a second round of the restructuring program initiated in 2001.
After the first round has already lead to savings in personnel cost and cost of materials by 10.6 % and 35.7 % respectively, the second round includes another cut of more than 100 jobs, as well as cost reductions in all areas.
