European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The decision was made, starting with the wintercollection 2003/2004, to outsource the production
of skis in Kufstein. Starting with the most competitive segment of pricepoint as well as
kids- and juniorskis, the plan is to announce a strategic cooperation with well recognized manufacturers shortly.
In Kufstein will remain the Competence Center for Kneissl and DeeLuxe with all R&D facilities, including a small production for prototypes and race series as well as the international marketing- and distribution divisions.
