The original private company grew as did the scope of business. E expansion came with many changes which today result in a group of member companies under the holding company NACHTMANN CRYSTAL AG.
The operating companies are:
F.X. Nachtmann Bleikristallwerke GmbH, Kristallglasfabrik Spiegelau, Nachtmann leuchten design GmbH, Frank Import GmbH and Kristallglasfabrik Amberg GmbH & KG. Nachtmann's overseas subsidiaries integrated into the holdings are Nachtmann USA Inc. and Nachtmann UK Ltd. The limited company formed in 1993 still remains an entirely private limited company (Chairmen: Dipl. Kfm. Toni Frank, Dipl, Ing. Walter Frank).
