European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In the frame of "Project Atlas", VNU will take in 2003 a reorganisation charge of approximately 30 million euros. Over a three-year period, Marketing Information is expected to reduce its workforce by almost 700 FTEs, part of which will come from natural attrition.
