Description
February 2004. Software AG is planning to suppress some 15 % of its workforce in the frame of its reorganisation in Germany. Software AG is employing some 1,140 people in Germany and 2,700 worldwide. Among other measures, the technical assistance will be relocated in India and the research and development department will have to focus more on the integration of different existing systems rather than on the creation of new systems. Negotiations taking place currently are concerning some 164 jobs.
