BLM is a French company established in 2004 producing electrical equipment. After years of offshoring in Asia, in 2018 the company reshored production activities in a new plant close to the historical location in Sologne (France). The relocation decision was mainly due to the reduced labor costs gap between Asia and France, and to the possibility to decrease transportation costs. After the relocation, the company hired 15 people to operate in the new site.
