Description

Stripe, an Irish fintech company, announced the creation of 200 new jobs at its Dublin headquarters in engineering and go-to-market roles. The hires bring the total number of employees in Ireland to over 1,000, a growth of more than 35 % since the start of 2026, following the opening of its new HQ at One Wilton Park in October 2025.

The expansion reflects strong demand for Stripe’s payment, tax and fraud-detection products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, supported by government initiatives through IDA Ireland. With more than 1,000 staff now working in Ireland, the additional hires represent a substantial boost to the local fintech workforce.
