Description

Ryanair, an Irish low-cost airline, announced in October 2026 the recruitment of 250 employees for its Customer Service Escalation Center in Warsaw, Poland, revised upward from an initial figure of 200.

The expansion responds to the growth of the airline’s operations in Poland, one of its key markets alongside Ireland. The centre handles cases escalated beyond the company’s artificial intelligence systems, which deal with routine enquiries.

The centre provides support in English, Polish, French and Spanish, and operates in shifts. Staff are employed on contracts of employment and receive additional benefits. The company expects the team to grow to 300 in the following months.

Alicja Wójcik-Gołębiowska, Ryanair’s communications director for Central and Eastern Europe, stated that shift scheduling is intended to allow employees to combine the work with other commitments, such as studies.
