Description

F-Secure, a Finnish cybersecurity firm, has announced an overhaul of its operating model that will lead to up to 145 job cuts worldwide. The company plans to reduce positions by at most 58 in Finland, as recorded in the ERM Events database F-Secure 2026 - FI and at most 87 in other locations.

The restructuring is driven largely by a digital transition agenda: F-Secure aims to embed AI across its organization to anticipate and respond swiftly to evolving product and service demands, while simultaneously expanding growth-stage offerings and strengthening profitability.

These adjustments are part of a broader shift toward a leaner, customer-centric structure that seeks to deliver faster results without sacrificing security expertise.

The company currently employs 597 staff globally and its present in 25 across the world; notably in Europe, Africa and Middle East.
