Description

Agis, a French food industry specialist in frozen and Asian dishes, announced the creation of 100 permanent positions at its production plant in Tarare (Zone d’activités du Cantubas). The recruitment positions cover operators, line managers, and more. The expansion supports demand for niche fried products such as shrimp fritters and small nems that form a significant portion of the firm’s annual output. The hiring will start early next year, with all new positions to be filled by the end of the year.

The factory already employs more than 350 workers. In addition to the 100 permanent positions, the site currently relies on around 170 temporary agency workers during the Mid-Autumn Festival peak and around 200 during the Chinese New Year peak, although these temporary positions.
