European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Test Fuchs, an Austrian high-tech aerospace and defence manufacturer, announced the creation of up to 250 new jobs at its newly opened Aerospace Campus in Gross Siegharts.
The expansion adds a 7 047 m² facility that will house advanced automation and a 13-metre high-rack warehouse. Jobs are expected to begin in September 2026 following the campus opening on 17 September 2026.
Test Fuchs’ €30 million investment underlines its commitment to Austria’s industrial landscape and signals a future for high-tech employment. The new campus will support the company’s growing hydrogen research through a collaboration with HyCentA in Enns and further strengthen the regional supply chain.
Alongside full-time hires, the group plans to launch seven new apprenticeship programmes starting September 2027, enhancing skill development for future engineers.
