European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Printful and Printify, two Latvian technology companies that provide print-on-demand services worldwide, announced a merger that has resulted in the termination of 326 positions across their combined workforce. The consolidation focuses on building a high-quality, sustainable global organization while strengthening internal teamwork at all levels.
The restructuring began in November 2024 and as of August 2025 is still underway. The primary reason for the job cuts is the merging of the two entities, which aims to streamline operations and reinforce a unified culture. The employee reductions apply to the overall staff base.
