Description

Incom Composites, a Spanish company dedicated to the manufacture of components for wind turbines, has announced the dismissal of 136 employees at its main facility in Elda, reducing its workforce from 400 employees. This measure is part of an internal restructuring aimed at optimising operations following sustained growth in Morocco, where Incom operates a new plant with nearly 300 employees.

The completion date of the process has not been specified, and the overall plan includes the consolidation of operations in Albacete, Poland and India in order to achieve a turnover of €112 million in 2024.
