European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Concentrix has announced a planned workforce reduction affecting approximately 100 employees in Daugavpils, Latvia, as the company prepares to cease operations at its local site on 1 October 2026. The affected jobs are primarily linked to customer support and related business services delivered for various international projects. Concentrix’s activities in Daugavpils have included customer service, technical support, platform moderation, payment administration, digital solutions and other business-process services. The closure follows an assessment of the company’s operations and business needs, although no more specific reason has been disclosed.
Over five years, the company employed an average of 350–400 employees in Daugavpils.
