European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Aviserrano, a Spanish poultry processing company, announced the creation of 300 to 500 new jobs at its new production plant in La Carlota, Córdoba.
The factory is scheduled to start operations in early September 2026 and could expand to 1,500 workers by 2027. The expansion is part of the group’s strategy to increase production capacity with state-of-the-art technology. All new positions are concentrated in La Carlota. The expansion marks a significant growth step for the Aviserrano group in the Spanish poultry sector.
