European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sector Alarm, a Norwegian security-alarm firm, announced the removal of 120 employees, approximately half its workforce, through an Employment Redundancy File (ERE). The cuts target the Las Rozas, Madrid, office, affecting key departments such as Customer Service, Support and Alarm Reception.
According to the company, the restructuring reasons stem from duplicated organisational structures rather than economic distress.
