The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
LVM Versicherung, a German insurance company, announced plans to create 500 new jobs. The job creation was outlined in an expansion plan presented by the company at the end of April 2026. The expansion is expected to be completed by 31 December 2026.
The new positions will be created in both internal office functions and field sales services. The expansion follows a profitable financial year in 2025 and aims to secure sufficient workforce capacity in response to demographic change and growing market demand.
The LVM Group employs more than 12,000 people across Germany.
